At Grand Forks Clinic, we offer over 90 laboratory tests as part of our Executive Health Program to evaluate key health markers and identify potential risks to your overall health.

Cardiac and vascular screening is done to assess cardiovascular health and vascular function. At Grand Forks Clinic, we offer advanced cardiac and vascular screenings as part of our Executive Health Program.

This includes:

• EKG: It records the electrical signals in the heart to detect heart problems and monitor the heart's health.
• Echocardiogram: An echocardiogram is a heart ultrasound performed to see how blood flows through the heart and heart valves. 
• CT Cardiac Calcium Score: It is done to detect coronary artery disease, which is a common cause of death in both men and women. 
• Carotid Ultrasound: Carotid ultrasound is a safe and painless procedure performed to assess the risk of stroke.
• Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound: It is done to check  for abdominal aortic aneurysms. It uses sound waves to see inside the abdomen area.

Our Executive Health Program includes a skin examination to evaluate the skin's appearance, texture, and overall health. The examination may include a thorough evaluation of the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes.

At Grand Forks Clinic, our nurse practitioner, Kelly Stauss Carlson, FNP-C, DCNP, performs skin examinations to detect any skin lesions or potential skin cancer.

The Executive Health Program also offers a dedicated session with our pre-eminent expert, Dr. Rabadi, to discuss your test results and medical concerns. You will have the chance to have an in-depth consultation with him, during which he will provide personalized recommendations for your overall health.

Dr. Rabadi is not only the founder of Grand Forks Clinic, but a highly skilled physician specializing in Nephrology and Dialysis, Solid Organ Transplant Follow-ups, General Internal Medicine, and Hypertension Management.

A whole body scan examines your body for diagnostic purposes to detect abnormalities, injuries, diseases, or other health conditions. The whole body scan at Grand Forks Clinic includes brain, abdominal, and pelvic MRls along with thyroid ultrasounds and low-dose chest CT scans. Our whole body scan can be crucial to help identify early stages of cancer. 

At Grand Forks Clinic, we offer five packages under the Executive Health Program to provide a thorough insight into your health concerns. We also offer the flexibility for our patients to pay for the services in the Executive Health Program via self pay and cash pay.
