Holistic Integrated Medicine

"I strive to look at all aspects of my patients life. These include family dynamics, the impact of daily stressors, dietary habits, and spiritual support systems. I then blend these elements with evidence-based medicine to forge a plan that is as individual as each patient I treat. The holistic view may lead to recommendations on lifestyle changes, dietary modification, micro-nutrient therapy as well as other non-pharmacologic therapies. This holistic approach can then be enhanced by traditional pharmaceutical therapies as guided by each patient's values. My goal is to create a safe place from wherein patients can discuss their concerns, express their heartfelt beliefs, and then together, form a team as we strive for overall well-being."
